Findings & Recommendations

Vera's own investigation artifacts — not something you create by hand. Ask her to investigate, and when she identifies something worth recording, it shows up here for you to act on.

How a finding gets created

Open the trace investigator (or Ask Vera on a session or agent run) and investigate as normal. If Vera identifies a real pattern, contradiction, or regression — not just a routine answer to your question — she persists it as a Finding, citing only the trace and session evidence she actually retrieved during that conversation.

Vera proposes; you decide

A finding never implies anything changed in your application. Vera records what she found — marking it Dismissed or Resolved, and moving any attached recommendation forward, is always a human action from the dashboard.

Two lifecycles

Finding status

Simple and one-way — a human closes it out.

Open — Where every finding starts.
Dismissed — A human decided it isn’t worth acting on.
Resolved — A human confirmed it’s been addressed.

Recommendation status

A stricter, staged path a human drives — each step explicit, never skippable.

NewReviewedAcceptedImplementedValidated

Rejected / Expired can happen at any point before Validated.

Vera can propose a recommendation but never advances its status herself.
